In Constant Flux is a series of mixed media drawings on frosted mylar. Each piece consists of multiple layers of mylar, allowing for the solid shapes and hand drawn marks to fade back and forth or interact in ways that is impossible to do on a singular sheet of drawing paper. The layers reflect the haziness of memory and when displayed unframed, they flutter with the movement of the air and people in the room, furthering the fleeting, elusive quality of the work.
